Terms of service

what you should know before commissioning me :3

  • I reserve the right to refuse a commission if the request or client makes me uncomfortable.

  • The payment (half or full) is to be sent after sketch is finalized. Payment through Gcash or Paypal only.

  • The client is required to send photo references and/or descriptions before I start the drawing process. (I do not accept generated AI photos for references.)

  • Revisions after the clean up stage will close extra. (unlimited revisions during sketch phase!)

  • PNG files will be sent through email or Google Drive.

  • The client is not allowed to remove or edit my watermark after receiving the files.

  • No Refunds unless I am unable to finish the commission.

  • Completion of each commission will take at least 2 to 4 weeks.

  • I do not allow for my art to be used in any generative AI apps or training. Nor do I allow it to be turned into NFTs or anything similar.

  • I only accept payment in USD or PH Pesos. I do not accept any other form of payment.

Will and won't draw

WILL DRAW

  • real people, human or humanoid OCs

  • furries or anthropomorphic characters

  • fanart

  • simple armor or mecha

WON'T DRAW

  • heavy NSFW or gore

  • complex mechanical designs

  • anything problematic (hate art)
